Common Mode Chokes (VITROPERM Cores)

Common Mode Chokes are a well-proven measure against conductive common mode noise. The standard series from VACUMSCHMELZE GmbH & Co. KG are consequently designed with nanocrystalline VITROPERM cores in order to offer size optimized solutions with reliable operation in a wide temperature range.

Nanocrystalline cores feature a very high initial permeability which enables a high attenuation in the low frequency range with only a small number of turns. The resulting low winding capacity positively effects the attenuation behavior in the high frequency range. All in all, common mode chokes with nanocrystalline cores feature a distinctive broad-band behavior with almost temperature independent properties in a wide temperature range - this all in a very small component built.

1 and 3 phase chokes for different current and inductivity requirements are available in flat or up-right designs - also for different unbalnced current (differential mode current) imposition.
